A complaint relates to a difficulty or dissatisfaction raised by one or more complainant about Portsmouth Primary SCITT, a member of the SCITT team, the placement school or staff at a placement school. It can also relate to the training provided by Portsmouth Primary SCITT.

If the complaint relates directly to the University of Chichester, in the first instance an informal complaint should be made to the Portsmouth SCITT Lead. If the complaint cannot be resolved informally, the University of Chichester complaints policy will be followed.
